Chicago's Fathers For Change was founded in 2019 by a group of men who noticed several needs within Chicago's Austin community.
Our Mission is to provide Support and Resources to Chicago's Community Members, Youth, and Returning Citizens to Promote Career Development, Healthy Lifestyles and Financial Literacy.
Our team is made up of volunteers from our community, as well as professionals who are passionate about supporting and providing support and resources to members of our community.
We partner with a variety of non-for-profit organizations and for-profit businesses, as well with various districts within The Chicago Police Departments, in our community to provide assistance, services and resources to those in need.
